I can't find anything to prove it but my guess is that it would be the mascot for the Svalbard Global Seed Vault sometimes called the Doomsday Seed Vault in Norway. The Polar Bear + Plant makes sense to me but I can't find a website about the project, just news articles about the project so I can't be sure.
That's right, Kim, it's Bundaberg Rum. I do try to make it as much as difficult but also fun and informative for ya all. If the question is not an easy find on google, that's just fine with me :)

Nope.. this polar bear is the mascot for one alcoholic drink.
LaBatts?
Polar Bear vodka?
Geez, I just kept thinking Coca-Cola, but if it's alcoholic, it has to be Bundaberg Rum. (And that was NOT easy to find, even on Google.)
I would have to guess Vodka
