Mostly Africa (and to a lesser extent the Middle East) and thanks to air currents its carried right across the Atlantic.
The single largest source is the Southern Sahara area. If you want real specificity, a lot comes from the Bodele depression.

And isn't it weird when you think about it... Sahara's sand is a main rain forest fertilizer.
