Is it Good Housekeeping?
The Lady’s Magazine was published from 1770 to 1832 and often considered the first but it was more of a serial book than a magazine. The first modern magazine was probably the London based The Lady. It was founded by the same guy who created Vanity Fair in 1885 and predated America's Ladies' Home Journal by almost 10 years.
There were publications for women as early as 1693 but none were long lasting before The Lady's Magazine and they weren't published on a regular schedule like magazines are today.
BTW: The Lady is still being published today.
