According to the Vatican that would be 18 years old (John XII). There are other claims of a 12 year old Pope (Benedict IX) but the Vatican says he was nearly 20 when elected.

It should be Benedict V, the son of Benedict IV. He was thirteen years old when he became a pope.

John Paul II was the youngest pope to be elected in the 20th century at the age of 58. Regardless, I think techfun has the answer with John XII.
