Zavikon Island in the St. Lawrence River. The bridge's claim to fame is that it's the world's shortage international bridge because the house is in Canada and the smaller island is in the USA.
The clue that helped me figure this one out was the fact that the tall structure on the smaller island is clearly an electrical or telephone pole (or both) and there had to be a reason to put it over there instead of next to the house itself. A border was my best guess since only a bureaucracy could result in that kind of nonsense.
